Enhancing Employee Performance by Strengthening Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership, and Job Satisfaction

ThisIstudy aims to determine the effect of Strategies to Improve Employee Performance Through Strengthening Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership, and Job Satisfaction. The population in this study consisted of permanent operational staff employees at multifinance companies in DKI Jakarta Province, totaling 265I employees. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with total samples size of 160 respondents. The data analysisimethodiused in this study wasipath analysisI supported by normality, homogeneityI, linearity, and Sobel tests to examine direct and indirect effects among variables. The study's findings indicate that there is a significant positive effect of Organizational CultureIon Employee Performance. There is also a significant positive effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance. Furthermore, Job Satisfaction has the strongest positive effect on Employee Performancei. In additioni, both Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership also have significant indirect effects on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. Simultaneously, organizational culture, transformational leadership, and job satisfaction contributei significantly to improving employee performance in the multifinance sector.
