This study explores the transformation of human resource management (HRM) in Indonesia’s hybrid work era, focusing on adaptation strategies, performance management, and employee engagement. Using a qualitative multi-case study of three organizations—a bank in Jakarta, a university in Semarang, and a telecommunications company in Surabaya—data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal key challenges in managing work flexibility, digital technology use, and balancing productivity with employee well-being. Effective strategies include digital-based performance systems, adaptive flexibility policies, and a collaborative culture. The study concludes that successful HRM transformation in hybrid settings requires continuous innovation and adaptive leadership to support sustainable organizational policies.
