Average value calculation results Ability to Pay (The respondent's ATP (ATP) is Rp87,907.07. If the value Ability to Pay The average ATP is Rp. 87,907.07 compared to the current Actual Tariff of Rp. 83,000.00, it can be seen that in nominal terms the value Ability to Pay ATP is above the Actual Tariff, with a difference of Rp 4,907.07. The average value Willingness to Pay (The respondents' WTP was recorded at Rp80,514.71. This value, based on the respondents' perceptions of the service, is below the actual tariff of Rp83,000.00. Statistical analysis proves that both Ability to Pay (ATP) average Rp. 87,907.07 or Willingness to Pay (WTP) average of Rp. 80,514.71 is not significantly different from the Actual Tariff of Rp. 83,000.00.
